“Having worked in the nursery industry for over 30 years, and having always been a very active outdoor person, my love for ferns first had me making my sun print handbags. My sun print handbags are made using a linen blend material that I hand dye using a heat sensitive dye. They have two main pockets with zipper closures and a back pocket with a Velcro closure. The lining is a cotton batik design. I use a variety of foliage and hand cut images, from ferns and leaves to dragonflies, butterflies and hummingbirds.” -Corrine Hodel
